horrible customer service


The customer service agent was horrible i brought three tickets and only printed out two she told me theirs no way of them printing out my third ticket because i chose the option "print" when i brought the ticket online..wow I've never heard such thing.. i can use my credit card and theirs no way of them tracking it down..poor..poor..horrible service and then the agent told me to go outside some where and find a printer at 11pm at night %u2026if the machine doesn't print your ticket for u..senseless and sad%u2026i will never ride the greyhound bus and wouldn't recommend ..THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!%u2026 any time u can buy a ticket online with your credit card and they can't track it down once u chose the print option is horrible...
